NLB Corporation embarked on an ambitious project to consolidate multiple locations into a single, innovative 172,000 SF office and manufacturing building. This facility houses their high-pressure water jet manufacturing process alongside a spacious 32,000 SF two-story office space. A standout feature of the design is the direct connection between the office and manufacturing areas, allowing prospective clients to tour the facility and witness the manufacturing process firsthand from the office space. The building's structure, a fully pre-engineered metal construction, enables impressive long spans in the office area, resulting in only three columns throughout the entire office space, optimizing both functionality and aesthetics.
