Fika Architects, DRN Architects, and Brivar Construction were approached by Elopak, a leading company in packaging solutions, to create an innovative facility that encompasses various functionalities across three levels. The facility is intended to be comprised of a warehouse, a showroom and training center, as well as an office space. In the warehouse area, Elopak plans to unpackage and assemble their large equipment, ensuring efficient operations. The showroom will serve as the perfect platform for Elopak to display their cutting-edge equipment to potential clients, allowing them to witness firsthand how to effectively use the machinery. Additionally, the office space will serve as a supportive environment for the sales and training staff. One of the standout features of the design is the incorporation of ample glazing on the approach side of the building. This design element will allow customers to catch a glimpse of the impressive equipment as they drive up to the facility, creating a captivating and inviting visual experience.
