Fika Architects partnered with a visionary client to design a groundbreaking two-story flagship facility for the International Cannabis Institute (ICI). This 55,000 SF project includes 50,000 SF of high-tech growing facilities, and classrooms, along with 5,000 SF of retail space, providing a state-of-the-art environment to educate future growers and operators of cannabis provisioning centers. Designed to meet stringent ordinance requirements, the building combines innovation, functionality, and compliance, setting a new standard for cannabis education and operations.
