McShane Mechanical is undergoing a 16,800± SF expansion to enhance its operational capabilities and accommodate future growth. This addition will be seamlessly integrated into the existing facility, positioned to the south of the current shop, optimizing workflow and logistics.
The expansion will be constructed using masonry and steel, ensuring durability and structural integrity. The finished floor level will be set 4′-0″ below the current finished floor, accommodating the facility’s functional requirements. A 4,000 SF steel and concrete mezzanine will be incorporated to provide additional storage capacity.
To enhance logistical efficiency, the expansion will feature one recessed truck dock and two exterior truck docks. These improvements will streamline shipping and receiving operations, supporting increased demand.
In addition to the expansion, McShane Mechanical’s existing 9,000 SF office has been fully renovated into a high-tech workspace, modernizing the environment to support innovation and efficiency. Their 12,000 SF shop warehouse, used for spiral duct processes, has also been upgraded to improve functionality and optimize production capacity.
