With its striking limestone façade, the building has been updated by Fika Architects in collaboration with Brio Development.The adaptive reuse project now features two well-designed residential units, a retail space, and a restaurant cafe. Each area has been carefully planned to offer contemporary living and working environments while maintaining key architectural details.
