The project reimagines four existing industrial-commercial structures through thoughtful rehabilitation and the addition of approximately 17,000 square feet of new space. The development will create a vibrant, mixed-use entertainment and hospitality destination featuring a brewery, farm-to-table restaurant, indoor and outdoor activities, and nightlife experiences.

Designed to activate the surrounding corridor and strengthen the regional destination, the project will introduce new opportunities for dining, gathering, recreation, and entertainment while serving as a complementary amenity to the Suburban Showplace and its visitors.
