For Huntington Place, the design effort focused on refreshing key food and beverage destinations along the main concourse to create a more modern, efficient, and locally relevant guest experience. The work included the redesign of the Apple Blossom Café, with upgraded coffee and food service, clearer branding, and Detroit-inspired graphics, as well as a new frictionless Motor City Market designed around autonomous grab-and-go service, intuitive circulation, and increased convenience for convention guests.
